COD
COD, or Commercial Operation Date, is the date from which the project is ready for commercial operation and revenue generation.

Counterparty risk is the risk that the other party to a contract fails to perform its financial, operational or contractual obligations.
Development risk
Development risk is the risk that a project does not reach construction or financing readiness on time, on budget or in the expected scope.
OPEX
OPEX means the recurring operating expenditure required to operate and maintain an energy asset.
RTB
RTB, or Ready to Build, is the stage at which the project has the key decisions, permits, conditions and documents required to start construction.
