Paweł is a capital markets expert with more than 25 years of experience in M&A, the public market, Private Equity and debt financing, with particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. He specialises in leading complex transactions and building financial structures tailored to the requirements of institutional investors. He combines advisory and managerial experience, focusing on the preparation of projects for sale and on the quality of financial models.
